LENGTH GRADER
FoodeQ designs and builds length graders exactly according to our customers’ requirements and wishes for a variety of products and purposes.
We build length graders – in all shapes and sizes – to sort (too) small sized products (undersized products) from the product flow.
For a greater capacity the length grader can be configured with extra layers and if required the products can be sorted in several gradations.
The construction of the removable decks is made of the best materials in line with the highest hygienic standards, rules and regulations. These shakers can be used for fresh and/or frozen goods.
Length graders are indirectly driven by two out of balance motors based on natural frequency. These shakers shake far more intensely than directly driven shakers, furthermore they use less energy and give less unwanted vibrations that hinder the surroundings.
